Welcome to our Saturday Christian Development Program update! We’re excited to share with you the progress we’ve been making in teaching children Christ-like character traits such as compassion, faithfulness, and kindness. Through this program, we’re helping children grow up as young men and women of integrity, spreading their positive influence to their friends and families. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to lately:
Program Activities and Highlights:

Each Saturday, our program consists of various activities and lessons aimed at developing the children’s Christian leadership, morals, integrity, ethics, and values. We begin the day with a prayer and reflection, followed by a Bible study session led by one of our experienced teachers. After that, we have different activities depending on the age group of the children, such as games, crafts, and discussions.
One of the highlights of our recent sessions was a lesson on compassion. We taught the children how to recognize when someone is in need, and how they can respond with kindness and empathy. We also discussed the importance of putting ourselves in other people’s shoes and treating them the way we would like to be treated. The children then had the opportunity to put these concepts into practice by participating in a community service project, where they collected and distributed food and clothing to homeless people in our area.
Another highlight of our program has been the growth we’ve seen in our participants. Many of the children who started the program with little knowledge or interest in Christianity have developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the faith. They have also become more confident and outgoing, willing to share their experiences and beliefs with others.
